Sk: V nemocnici bol veľmi zaneprázdnený deň.
En: In the hospital, it was a very busy day.

Sk: Zamračené zimné svetlo presakovalo cez okná, kým vonku sneh pridával na výške.
En: The overcast winter light seeped through the windows, while outside, snow was piling up.

Sk: V tejto chladnej atmosfére ležala Jolana na posteli, čakajúc na operáciu.
En: In this cold atmosphere, Jolana lay on the bed, waiting for surgery.

Sk: Jej myšlienky boli ako búrka vonku - nepokojné a plné obáv.
En: Her thoughts were like the storm outside—restless and full of worries.
