Vreni Renggli of Vreni Renggli Art is an intuitive abstract artist who loves guiding moms working on their own self-development to express the inner emotional chaos they experience. She lives in Switzerland with her 3 children and husband, working to help other mamas find harmony and peace within themselves.

Together, Vreni and I discuss ditching the overwhelming feelings of motherhood through a beautiful and unique experience in artistic expression, regardless of your artistic level. Vreni and I have an intimate conversation in sharing our own vulnerable stories as new SAHMs, and the struggle of finding your joy in the midst of motherhood when we’re pouring into everyone else but ourselves. Vreni shares her hesitation to open up to family and friends because of the pressure we all feel to “love” this role we are in.
