The light and energy that we express with love is unmatched. We can light up the world and each other when love is expressed without expectation and with gratitude. This meditation is focused on showing you how you connect to others and to give you a means of expressing gratitude, even if you are no longer able to do that in the physical life.  I want to personally dedicate this episode to Linda and in loving memory of Canton and Tony.
