Changing your perspective of how things happen for you, not to you, and getting out of the victim mode. A way to cope when changes come our way.

Most of the time when we are not seeing the results of our manifesting it is because we are impatient. We want to see the results now, and when we don't we ask things like , when is it going to be here Why hasn't it happened? These thoughts are the brakes of what you are asking. 

This is the day to manifest your deepest desires!!! Don't waste it!  Get creating! 

Beliefs are just thoughts that we keep thinking till we believe them. Change them and change your reality. Begin with a few seconds of belief, then maybe a minute, couple of minutes till you actually begin to believe . 

How does it get any better than this? Today marks episode #55 was assisted by Archangel Raphael in today's meditation healing. The #55 is change, and positive move. Hold on to your expansion with love and grace as you receive. 

 Fear of everything, as we have been conditioned to believe we are nothing without rules. 

As an art teacher of 15 years I saw this first hand in my classroom. The fear of expressing themselves because they are in conflict with what they have been told, and what they feel inside. 

We all do it, and you can all find examples of this. But it doesn't have to be this way. You actually have a choice. Before you say "no", understand that that is also a choice.
