Annette speaks with Denise, a volunteer with Bridge for Peace, who was born with Cerebral Palsy. Despite this diagnosis she persevered in the power of the Lord Jesus throughout her life and did much more than was expected of her. She progressed physically and obtained a college degree even though the professionals told her parents that she should be institutionalized as a child. Annette and Denise also discuss her experiences being abused and her victorious steps with Jesus throughout this journey.

Annette interviews Nina, a nurse who describes how she walked lovingly with a young man addicted to drugs and alcohol in her hometown in New York. She discusses how realized that she couldn’t do this by herself and surrendered gentleman to God’s loving care. With support from others and much prayer he was healed of his addiction.  Since being set free by the power of the blood of Jesus, this man is married with seven children, and helps others with addictions by working as a drug and alcohol counselor!

In this second Interview, Lorraine and Annette share how you can get out of your comfort zone and try the new thing God has for you. God wants us to have an “appetite for growing”. Perseverance leads to growing. “If He calls you, obey! And you will see things you’ve never seen before.” Lorraine prays against the stumbling blocks of the enemy for those people persevering in their “war zone”.
