This is a great video addressing a very little discussed issue about trauma. This is one way we can help to let go of the pain of the past caused by traumas.

One of the first things we do when we experience trauma is escape from our body. My memories of trauma were as though I was a 3rd party, an onlooker, as though it didn’t happen to me, but to someone else. It’s a stress response designed to protect you. The problem is you haven’t got back into your body. In this episode we focus on ways you can get back into your body - the unhealthy vs the healthy.


At the end I explain exactly why you need to get into your body to heal your trauma.
