I had the amazing opportunity to speak with Holistic Trauma Coach, Reiki Master and Spiritual Development Coach Sandra Cooze.

In this episode Sandra shares her story on being a sexual assault victim, having transformed her own intense emotional trauma, and how liberating it feels to let it all go.
