In this episode, I sat down with my friend Lisa for a session, following a little nudge from Spirit that there was something meaningful for us to explore together. We didn’t know where it would lead, but the session unfolded around the theme of nourishment—what she was still craving, what parts of her past were asking to be seen and understood. It became a journey of gently returning to wholeness, softening into what had been unmet, so she could make space for the new opportunities that are calling her forward.
