Today we have two special guests who not only served at Bethel headquarters but also served as Gilead Missionaries and trainers in Spain for many years.

Very few know about the big shake up at Watchtower Headquarters in 1980 that eventually led to former Governing Body member Ray Franz Crisis of Conscience! It all began with 4 Spanish translators for the New World translation (Chris and Norma Sanchez) and for the Watchtower magazines and publications (Nestor and Toni Kuilan). Nestor and Toni served in Spain during the dictatorship regimen of Francisco Franco and also worked in the circuit, district, as a conductor of the two week school for the elders as well in the service department in the Barcelona Branch. This will be a riveting interview of not only their story in becoming Jehovah's Witnesses but the important work they did that has garnered them the honor of the only reinstatement possible must be done by the governing body members themselves if Nestor and Toni should ever decide to return! This will be the first of 2 programs with this couple the other being done October 4th! Both of these interviews are reserved for 2 hour programs so everyone can get the juicy details!

Jay Hess was an active defender of the Watchtower Society's teachings in the 1970's. Before there was Greg Stafford and his book, "Jehovah's Witnesses Defended," Jay was debating and defending Watchtower teachings until one day he slipped. The Watchtower society flipped its teachings so often that his defense was outdated old light and he was then accused of apostasy for defending the wrong light. Here he explains his untimely and at the time unwanted exit.
