For me ,self discovery is an unending journey.It may be exciting ,it may be excruciating but let me reassure you that it is definitely worth the ride.On this episode I speak about the little girl in me.The little girl that needed support, reassurance and trust. The little girl that screams time and time again to be listened to. I have since indulged in this journey and I also invite you all to heal your inner child. To sit ,listen and understand the traumas and various experiences they have been through so we can fully heal, grow and prosper.
