She discusses how becoming a mother really was the portal to the start of her healing journey, because suddenly all of her own childhood wounds rose to the surface to be looked at. Together we explore what reiki is, how it's changed her life, and how she now uses it to help others heal- and she even shares a simple at-home clearing practice that anyone can do to feel more grounded.

Chelsea, a Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Master and mom of three with a deep passion for helping women heal and step into their dreams. Her Reiki journey began unexpectedly- and after receiving her attunement, she had no plans to turn it into a business. But after a few friends asked for sessions, the experiences were so transformative that she knew she had to share this magic with others.

 

Motherhood opened the door to her healing, uncovering childhood wounds she had buried for years. Then, after the loss of a loved one, she felt called to explore deeper healing, which led her to Reiki. Now, she is dedicated to helping women reconnect with themselves- whether it's a mom seeking self-care and clarity or a career-driven woman ready to level up. She believes that true transformation starts within, and she is honored to guide others on that journey.
