The Health and Safety Index received over 120,000 responses across several Australian and New Zealand industries during 2020. As we reflect on the Health and Safety Index results, there are many Health & Wellbeing lessons learnt which are worth sharing and comparing to research, i.e., Job Demand + Job Resource = Work Outcomes Model.

This webinar discusses the top results, lowest results, and the highest predictors.

Based on the Health and Safety Index results and our experience, we believe “training” is often not the silver bullet to improve health and wellbeing. Noting every organisation has different needs, Health and Safety Index results in 2020 conclude there are four key areas of focus that are extremely useful to improve workplace health and wellbeing.
