A bad environment brings negativity and that can put us in bad mood which results in stress and stress is one of the most common reason people struggle to lose weight. I have spoken on this process cycle in this 12th episode and also how you can bring more positivity in your overall life and in fitness journey.
Cardiovascular exercises are one of the most important part of Fitness journey. Most of the beginner to intermediate Fitness trainees do not really look into cardio, they just want to build muscle and gain strength. In this eposide #11 i discussed how cardio can impact other fitness activities.
So many of the people to this day still fall for lose fat faster, get fit fast schemes. Most of the schemes like some kind of special "weight loss" drinks and "Six pack Ab machines" are absolutely B.S. They have absolutely Zero fat loss/Weight loss Qualities on themselves. Yes if you try them with the Process of losing calories the "Right Way" which i have discussed in this Episode#10th, they can still benefit you but stop listening to the bloggers and "fitness gurus" tell you on youtube ads that you will lose fat/weight in one month or even absurd one, "lose weight in one week. They have absolutely Zero truth to them.
In this episode# 9, i talked about how difficult it is to keep yourself motivated when you are a beginner in your fitness journey and then went on to encourage with some ideas and tips to actually motivate yourself and keep on the fitness path and not get off the track.
When we talk about Fitness and Healthy lifestyle. Rarely that we talk about the importance of stretching and Yoga with emphasis on Basic Stretching. In this Podcast Episode #8, i discussed the benefits of stretching and the ways we can start incorporating in our everyday lives for supreme benefits.
The 80-20 rule, also known as the Pareto Principle, is an aphorism which asserts that 80% of outcomes (or outputs) result from 20% of all causes (or inputs) for any given event. How can this rule apply to dieting to give us any meaningful benefit? In the episode #7 i went through some of the basic explanation of how this rule can work in many of the walks of our lives and how we can apply it to our healthy lifestyle.
It is amazing how easy it is to overcomplicate things when we try to bring some change in our lives, we try to go all out at once instead of taking small changes everyday. Likewise in our healthy lifestyle, we always try to find something that we would jump on in one night and assume it would work and most of the times it does not work, our diets fail our exercise plans fall off. In the episode #6, i went on to share some tips in regards to how easy it is to bring change in our everyday lives if we only try to be mindful about small micro changes that we find absolutely 0 difficulty, take these tips and apply it to your lives be mindful about them and the best part is it doesn't take any effort at all. You just have to be mindful about them.
Instead of 'D I E T' , try 'E D I T' edit your lifestyle. Guys when we suddenly start eating salad when the previous day we just had a pizza, we can only go so far with this approach. We have limited willpower and cannot just put our body under sudden change and expect it to function normally, even if you start eating salad, your body is intelligent and it will still try to conserve the energy instead of using it so you could lose some kilos. In this episode i went through some of the reasons why diets fail and mentioned some tips that are necessary and will help anyone who struggles with diets to actually succeed in eating healthy and losing weight.
It is frustrating for most of the people especially those beginners who want to start their fitness journeys and either build muscles or do some strength training or even marathon runners that the protein shake they drink, the protein powder doesn't taste good and does not mix very well, leaving us with huge lumps of protein. Our muscles need protein our body needs protein nutrients every day especially when we are breaking down the muscle tissues in the gym. So in this episode i go through some of the problems beginners face with protein powders and how they can avoid the frustration of bad taste and poorly mixed shakes.
Getting onto fitness track should not be stressful and you should not overthink and make it daunting. In this episode i went through three of the simple and easy exercises you can start anywhere anytime without much effort.
