Our disconnect from Nature, our total focus on materilaism and wealth has stunted our spiritual growth, our maturity.

We have allowed the mind to dominate, instead of the heart. Academia and logic, always someone else’s, are the order of the day. People are ridiculed for having an opinion based on their feelings rather than what the current ‘experts’ tell them.

The current experts, of course, change, swing with the fashiom. Or with the controlled agenda.

The mind was never meant to dominate. It was always meant to serve the feelings, the heart. You could say that the mind is out of its depth. Not unlike a dog who we have put into a position of leadership by our misunderstanding of their hierarchy, and they are not leadership material. They flounder and become very anxious.

The mind, in its anxious state, has a constant narrative going on. Thoughts tumble over each other. Because they are louder than the whispers of the heart, we listen to them more. In fact they often drown out the whispers.

Most of these thoughts are negative, controlled by old habits, often set up in childhood. Parents, society, religion, teachers, all attempt to mould a child to be what they perceive to be ‘good citizens’, whatever that means, but often against the child’s raison d’etre, or reason to be. 

It is estimated that 95% of our lives are controlled by these habits, not all of them negative, but often a large percentage.

These negative thoughts are disempowering. They limit behaviour. They tend to sabotage us from doing what we really want to do. It’s common to believe that we are victims of our lives, that we have no control.

In fact, the opposite is true. We are in control of our lives, but the control we exert is someone’s elses idea of a good life, not our own.

The world’s population is deeply divided on every front - political, social, religious, economic, health care. This period is not unlike the teenage years as a person grows up. Teenagers rebel against the system, their parents values, their world. This is a necessary step in growth as they have to find themselves. They cannot function as a duplicate of those who have attempted to mould them.

Just as teenagers do, we’re collectively trying to find ourselves.

Every generation grows a little more, achieves a little more, than the previous generation. So we are moving forward. But there are many successful attempts to slow us down. No-on can stop this growth, but they are slowing us down.

When we emerge from this time, we will see the death of our current dysfunctional civilisation. We will move into a more sustainable way of life, with more acceptance of others, with less judgement of others. That doesn’t mean we have to engage with them or befriend them. We’re just respectful of their differences.

Who am I to tell someone else how they should live? That’s their business, as long as they’re not harming any being.

We’ll move into a world that doesn’t just pay lip service to honesty, integrity, transparency, caring for the earth. It will be true because we’ll have moved into our hearts.

There will be less control. Governments will not be necessary so will change, reduce their size and effect. Defence will be largely unnecessary as everyone gets along.

It’s an interesting time to be alive. From my spiritual understanding, there are millions upon millions of souls who want to be here right now.

Why?

Because we’re doing something that hasn’t been done before. We’re moving into a higher dimension while still in our physical bodies. Apparently, it’s never been done before. That basically means we’re coming into our maturity.

It’s more normal for us to move into a different dimension between lives, when we’re not in a physical ody.

So you can probably see why so many souls want to be a part of this. For me, that explains the current high population.

We all go through phases of appetite loss. Yet when children and animals stop eating, many people panic and they are unceremoniously taken to a medic.

Yet, in many cases, there is a perfectly logical explanation for the lack of appetite that the body is addressing just fine. Medical interference may not be the ideal solution.

The most common reason for a lack of appetite is a digestive issue. It could be acute from say, eating something inappropriate or harmful as you have in food poisoning. Then a healthy body will have no problem vomiting up the harmful ingesta, possibly a few times, then having a period of rest, to recover just fine.

An unhealthy being or someone very young, old or frail may need help to recover, so they would need monitoring to see how they were managing.

Eating food that is inappropriate for the species can lead into a chronic loss of appetite over time. There may be hunger, but the body senses the same old garbage and pulls away. The body gets to a point when any more will start to tip them over the edge, so stimulates nausea.

This is common in cats fed commercial cat food, Cats are highly sensitive beings and can’t tolerate the combination of inappropriate food and toxins forever. It shortens their lives.

Dogs are not quite as sensitive as cats, but will have similar problems when fed commercial dog food.

Horses can’t vomit, so when they eat somethng inappropriate, they’re liable to get colic. This is much more serious as it can be fatal. So we should be thankful we do have this ability of vomiting, unpleasant though it may be!

Children are more fortunate, at least the older ones, as they can tell you what they feel and what they think was the problem.

Vomiting repeatedly means you may become a bit dehydrated, but a healthy body will easily recover from that. And I believe you’re better off allowing that.

Those who are very young, old or frail, as well as anyone who is not in robust health, are likely to need help to recover. Dehydration can cause problems, but I suggest it isn’t as bad as the medical industry like to portray.

We all know what communication and co-operation are, for the most part. But what is collaboration?

According to the Cambridge Dictionary it is the situation of two or more people working together to create or achieve the same thing or acting, being or existing together.

I would swap people with any being.

Similar to co-operation but that is defined as the act of working together with someone or doing what they ask you:

So co-operation isn’t necessarily for the good of both or all.

We certainly don’t want to co-operate with someone or some body who asks us to do something that is not in our best interests.

Sadly many do if they’re paid. So many people hate their jobs, for example. They don’t know what else to do.

However, communication, co-operation and collaboration is really important for all animals, including us. They are intertwined with each other.

Communication comes in various forms - body language, feelings, telepathy, smell, verbal… I’m sure there are many more.

Language is one of the least useful forms of communication, because it can easily deceive. Feelings, telepathy, body language and smell are all much more reliable in transmitting what the individual really wants to convey or receive.

Traditional people can hover their hand over a recent track and pick up very specific details of the track maker.

Animals all use these forms of communication in addition to their voice and generally more so. This is how they can quickly determine how trustworthy or not someone is.

In our upside down world, where everything has been flipped on its head, we’ve been lead to distrust those forms of communication which are the most trustworthy. 

As a species, we’re very intolerant of pain. Yet pain is a part of life. And it’s pain that tends to get our attention enough to find something we didn’t know before. It can make us grow.

You can feel pain both physically and emotionally and they are both valuable signposts that something needs to be addressed regarding your health. Mental pain is slightly different.

By ignoring or suppressing pain, you are essentially saying your body has no wisdom. You’re disrespecting your body. When you have no respect for your body, why should anyone else?

To a large extent this attitude has been nurtured by our families and communities. We don’t like to see others in pain and may go out of our way to stop it. And its so easy to do, thanks to the medical industry.

Whilst there will always be times when suppressing pain temporarily has great value, it should never be used long term, as it is all too readily today.

Let’s deal with physical pain first.

Physical pain is a reaction to either an acute condition, such as a bite, an injury, a burn, or a more chronic condition such as arthritis, angina, constant headaches.

There is also the periodic acute manifestations of a chronic condition, such as problems with menstruation or seasonal complaints.

The pain of acute conditions is temporary, but can be severe depending what it is. Taking analgaesics may not be the wisest thing to do in terms of healing, but it probably won’t do much long term damage.

What would be more conducive to healing, apart from taking the appropriate homeopathic remedy to support the body’s healing, is to listen to what the body wants to do.

You may become tired, so your body is telling you to rest.

You may become irritable with company and noise, so your body is telling you to retreat and be on your own.

If the pain is worse on movement, then the body is telling you not to move.

Yet many soldier on because of work and family commitments.

By ignoring the body’s signs and symptoms, you’re not moving forward. And as life is all about change and growth, the universe (substitute whatever word is approprate for you) will come and bite you on the bum again and again until you either get it or die and have another chance in another life.

Let me give you an example. My current dog has a few issues. Mental rather than physical. Soon after arriving, she attacked one of my cats, who was used to dogs.

I won’t go into what I thought of doing to the dog.

It was a neck bite and the cat couldn’t eat for five whole days. I presume swallowing was painful. I treated her intensely homeopathically.

Not only did she heal completely, including happily chomping on her daily bony chicken piece, she grew. This is quite a normal consequence of good homeopathic healing.

By growing, I mean she became more assertive, whereas she had been quite demure before. She also became more friendly to me. AND she showed no increased fear of the dog - just a normal feline reaction to avoid the dog.

Who is now fine with the cats.

I’ve had my fair share of injuries, but I’ve never been a pill popper, thanks to my upbringing. My parents weren’t into fussing over us. If we were bad, we were put to bed. If we didn’t like that, we weren’t bad enough!

When you listen to the mainstream media, who are on a fear inducing campaign, then you might be forgiven for believing that the world is a dangerous place and you need to be very vigilant in avoiding any potential health hazard.

So you might be obsessing about hygiene, about getting all the latest vaxxines, as well as the drugs to deal with every minor detail in your health that worries you.

When you live in a state of fear, you are very easily manipulated. You may agree to do whatever anyone tells you, without giving it a thought.

You may be in total denial of what’s really happening in the world, feeling that your GP, government and the system has your back.

The reality is a little different.

The Importance of Acute Diseases

All life as we know it has been on our very generous and supportive planet we call home, for a long time. That means we have all adapted to the conditions.

Our bodies have great wisdom. They know what to do when there’s something that does not support it.

The trouble is, humanity has distanced itself from Nature, erroneously believing we are better. None of the animals have. They still live in step with Nature, as much as they are able, given the human interference.

What much of humanity fails to understand is that life is not a smooth path. Growth happens. And usually growth is attended or preceeded by pain or trauma. It’s often the pain or trauma that is instrumental in creating growth or necessary change....

Antibiotics are dished out like candy with almost every visit to an MD or vet, even when an infection hasn’t been confirmed.

It’s the one drug the medics seem to use with total impunity.

And when it doesn’t work, which is quite often, they just increase the strength and the duration. It’s madness. If something doesn’t work, then it doesn’t work. By constantly trying to fit a square peg into a round hole by hitting it harder, what do you achieve?

Usually a damaged round hole AND square peg.

Which is exactly what happens with antibiotics, really with all drugs too.

This is not healing. It’s doing the exact opposite of what used to be the oath taken on qualification - do no harm.

It is now known that all living beings have microbiomes which consists of a series of communities of bacteria, fungi, viruses, archeae and protists (both single cell organisms) and other microorganisms whose composition are dependent on enviromental conditions.

These occur everywhere. Perhaps the best known are the gut.

They outnumber the body’s own cells.

It is also known that no tissue in a body is sterile.

So our bodies operate within all these living communities, in a continuous dynamic equilibrium.

Reading and Understanding Blood Tests For Cats

While this podcast give an example of how to read and understand a blood test for a cat, this is applicable for anyone’s blood tests.

I’m taking a real case that was brought to me. The vet had diagnosed hyperthyroidism. Susan didn’t want to use the suggested drug so came to me for a more natural alternative.

I well know that blood tests are highly inaccurate. They miss things. They miss early signs. They don’t consider stress. They don’t consider causes. They don’t ask questions about behaviour. They rely solely on the test and make a diagnosis only from that.

Don’t think that if your cat is not crying out, they’re not stressed. Being frozen in fear is not uncommon. Think of rabbits in headlights.

Then the wait and finally you get to see a vet.

It’s important to know the difference between acute and chronic conditions. Most people have no idea. It’s an important topic if you want to be in control of your health because you’ll want to know what you can do yourself, and what you need professional help with.

This information is relevent for both us and all other beings. We are not any different other that in looks and language.

Acute conditions are those that tend to last a limited time. They often come on quite fast - in hours or days. Mostly they will heal in time. Although death can result when they’re serious.

Some examples of acute conditions are headaches, fevers, minor to middling burns, minor to middling injuries of any sort, most abscesses, bites, puncture wounds, shock, food poisoning, sore eyes, hangovers, cramps, indigestion, colds, flu, sore throats, sprains, strains, pain from dentist/surgery/etc, anxiety.

These are the conditions that people try to treat at home with analgaesics, herbs, essential oils, etc.

Louise Hay was among those who were instrumental in bringing to the western world, the idea that the body shows where it is unbalanced by its signs and symptoms. And that you are very able and capable at healing yourself.

Traditional cultures have known for at least 6000 years that the body is an energy being, with energy lines of influence and points or portals. We truly are spiritual beings having a physical experience.

Things that are spiritual are unseen. Thoughts, ideas, emotions, feelings are all unseen, but no one doubts their existence.

When I was about 10 years old, we (the family) was in London, UK. I remember being at one of the main train stations during rush hour. Looking down from a bridge across the road was a sea of people crossing the road.
