Welcome everybody and thanks for joining us on “Health Talk with Dr. Kell”. I’m your host, Niki Sterner, and today I want to talk about why we’re doing this podcast. I know I’m not the only one out there who has a sensitive body that needs a healthy lifestyle. 

We are the canaries in the coal mine. We get sicker quicker from chemicals in our lives. We need clean food, clean air, clean water, and clean products. We’re sensitive souls that need to express our emotions and not suppress them. We suffer when our lives are out of balance. We’ve had chronic pain and fatigue that others may know nothing about. 

When I first walked into Dr. Kell’s office, I was relieved to find someone who had similar holistic views of health. It’s nice when we don’t feel the need to defend ourselves or our beliefs. We don’t want to censor our words to fit in, which we often feel like we must do. It’s nice to be understood and accepted, not just tolerated. We like learning about things we can implement into our lives, that will keep us feeling well and living life how we want to. Life on our terms, unafraid and empowered.  

Today we are going to hear from Dr. Kell about who he is and what this podcast will be about. He is a Chiropractic Doctor, Nutritionist, and Hypnotherapist. He has a degree in Aerospace Science, and he cares about people, their health, and the environment. He’s been practicing for over 30 years and wants to help us understand the triad of health in his office: physical, emotional, and nutritional. He is a mentor, healer, and friend who believes that health is a big part of happiness.
