WARNING!!! HUMOR AHEAD! Some comments are dark, twisted, or maybe just mean. REMEMBER we are joking and having fun discussing these topics. No harm or offense should be taken.
1. If some is good, more is better. - We cover this common belief for drugs, supplements, weight training, and cardio.
2. Do not lock out on any exercise. - What could you miss out on following this idea?
3. High reps burn more fat, low reps grow more muscle. - This is no fact for sure. But there is lots of variables to consider.
4. Cardio is the best way to burn fat. - This is another statement that misses the mark. This is one way...but the best?
5. Squats & Deadlifts are not essential. - These are movements you should strive to be functional in for your entire life...but why?
6. Meat is bad for you. - This one absolutely has an agenda behind it. Meat is the most complete source of amino acids you can get, and soooo much more!
7. Being fat is healthy. - You have probably seen this on magazine covers, TV, and the internet. You might be happy...but healthy, your being lied too. Another shadowy agenda lurks here.
