California Insurance Commissioner Dave Jones walks through the progress California has made in health care reform since implementing Covered California, the state’s health care exchange, and points out areas of the Affordable Care Act that he believes need improvement. Jones delivers the 2014 Rhoda Goldman Distinguished Lecture on Health Policy and then joins Henry E.
