The whole purpose of a website layout and framework is to be very specific with where traffic flows after a user lands on your domain. As you develop this, it's going to build the effectiveness and authority of your website leading to better conversion.

I want to share the authority framework and three secrets to growing your audience and establishing your brand in an industry.

Depending on the metrics you want to track, you can position this. Most of my audience can be found through LinkedIn - this is where I began outreach and finding guests. You can also use Facebook groups, email outreach, finding people through other forums, or just doing research on Google.

I want to share a framework that I've been studying, learning and implementing over the past few years.

The idea is termed as the “influencer method” of how to grow your own audience, grow your following and influence amongst a target audience and target market by leveraging other people's audience.

Using the Authority Funnel Framework, you can position yourself as an expert and an influential authority within your space and your target audience.

The big problem right now is that with so many people creating content, there's a lot of noise. The markets are very saturated. How do you position yourself to sound like music in a noisy market? That's the mindset behind this framework.

A common myth or misconception is that you have to be someone famous or already have a large following in order to be considered an authority or thought leader within your space.
