today we are talking all about planet/astrology transits and how I use them everyday in my life :)

today we are talking about the importance of understanding your ego and going through what feels like an ego death or a complete lose of your identity during a spiritual awakening/spiritual journey. i am currently going through an "ego death" and i share what it feels like and what i'm doing to get through it and also why it's one of the most difficult, but important phases of your spiritual journey and meeting your true self which has probably been buried under your ego this whole time...we learn a lot in the episode so be prepared to take a lot of notes and come back to the video whenever you need a reminder...i know i will. sending you a big hug and much love. we got this :)

this may be one of my favorite videos ever because it's a true representation of me being "my true self" and sharing that with "the world" ~unapologetically~. i have [secretly] been intrigued by astrology since i was a kid, but last year i stumbled on a video AND started a job - i didn't realize at the time - was going to change my life and point me on the path that i needed to be on. i'm so happy to finally have the confidence to start walking down that path and i have a feeling my future self is going to thank me for finally taking this leap of faith. i can't preach things like 'be you' and 'do what makes you happy' if i'm not living that myself. so here it goes :)
