During this engaging interview we dig into the culture of a church that has a passion for reaching disconnected people and raising them up to be disciples who make disciples.
Stan Rodda has a huge heart disciple making. His passion is to see people becoming more like Jesus and helping others do the same. Stan has been in full-time ministry for sixteen years and am a 4th generation pastor. He has served churches in Missouri, Illinois, and Virginia. He is currently a campus pastor of New Life Christian Church in Chantilly, Virginia. He is married and has three beautiful children.

He also mentioned publishing a book and possibly a new survey instrument based on the Seven S's of a healthy church! HGC will be serving at least five networks of churches in Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Mississippi, and Washington. Tom and Beth encourage listeners to support HGC as they continue to serve as a change agent to inspire a grassroots movement of churches making disciples and starting new churches and other multiplication projects.
