Essential Oils for Everyday Life

The episode ended with Doctor Anne Kelty leaving due to her students arriving, but not before stating the goal of the class, which was to empower the listeners and teach them three ways to use essential oils.

Essential Oils: Natural and Effective Health Benefits

Anne discussed the benefits of essential oils, highlighting their safety, effectiveness, and purity. She mentioned that their products are one hundred percent natural and free from side effects or addiction. Anne emphasized the health benefits of these oils, explaining that they are extracted from plants and are powerful, being 50 to 75 times more potent than herbs. She also detailed how the oils can be used, including aromatically, topically, and internally. Anne concluded by noting that essential oils are more effective than modern approaches to health problems, as they can enter the cell and eliminate toxins, leading to a healthier cell.

On Guard and Lavender Oil Benefits

Anne discussed her use of the "On Guard" product in her classroom and her personal life. She highlighted its benefits for healthy immune function, as a cleanser, and for soothing sore throats. She also emphasized its affordability compared to traditional medical care and its ability to mitigate various health concerns. Anne also mentioned the calming effects of lavender oil, which she uses to help a child in her class focus.

Essential Oils for Health and Wellness

Anne discussed the use of lavender oil for skin issues and as a remedy for seasonal allergies. Mica shared ways to use essential oils, including aromatically, topically, and internally. The group also discussed the benefits of the oil 'On Guard' for immune support, and the oil 'Balance' for grounding and mental, emotional, and spiritual balance. Tangerine was introduced as an oil that supports digestion and metabolism, while Frankincense was highlighted for its calming properties and anti-aging benefits. The oil 'Breathe' was presented as a respiratory support, and 'Digestion' was recommended as a remedy for upset stomach, motion sickness, and nausea.

Adaptiv for Stress Reduction

Julie and Mica discussed the benefits of adaptive  for stress reduction, anxious thoughts, overwhelm, grief, sadness, and low moods. They shared personal experiences of how Adaptiv has helped in their relationship and with Julie's father, a veteran suffering from PTSD. They also mentioned the use of Adaptiv in their clinic and recommended people to consult their physician before using it.

Health and Wellness Through Food and Essential Oils

Mica emphasized the importance of incorporating health and wellness into daily life through the use of food, essential oils, and community. Mica specifically highlighted the effectiveness of a 3-part sleep system, which includes a serenity sleep stick applied to the bottom of the feet, using  serenity essential oil in your diffuser by your bed, and taking the lifelong vitality supplements. Julie shared a success story of a friend who was able to improve their sleep from 5 hours a night to 7-8 hours a night after using the doTERRA sleep system. Both Mica and Julie praised the effectiveness of the system and encouraged its use.

Doterra Wellness and Gut Health Discussion

Mica and Julie discussed the Doterra wellness pyramid, emphasizing the importance of preventative health care and healthy lifestyle choices. They also introduced two new gut health products, highlighting their benefits beyond just gut health. Mica shared her personal experience with the Doterra lifelong vitality pack, praising its effectiveness and advocating for its use.

Doterra's Healthy Habits Kit Discussion

Mica and Julie discussed the benefits of Doterra's healthy habits kit, specifically the lifelong vitality pack, which includes a multivitamin and mineral supplement, an antioxidant, and omega oils. They emphasized that the pack can be adjusted to suit individual needs and can be gradually increased over time. They also outlined their daily routine, which includes using essential oils and taking supplements. The meeting closed with an invitation to join a community call on the topic of blue lotus oil.
