Welcome to our episode today where we will be discussing hidden environmental toxins, the impact on your health, and what you can do about it!
This episode is very informational and I encourage you to grab a pen and paper so that you can keep track of the information I'm about to share because there's a lot of it. We review first what environmental toxins are. We then go into the nearly 800 identified chemicals of concern in the impact they have on your health. We discuss some Health concerns that these chemicals cause and then we start to talk about what we can do differently.
After learning about many of the possible health concerns you probably wanna know what you can do differently to mitigate them. So this point I share with you approximately 8 to 10 Apps or websites then give you easy to use firsthand knowledge. Each website an app operates slightly differently may focus on one area over another. Not all of the non toxic products are listed in these apps but it gives you a great start to know what safe for you and your family.
At this point I share the app or website how it works and what's its area of specialty. This can feel a bit long and drawn out but there are so many good apps for so many different reasons that I wanted to equip you with his much knowledge as possible. So get your pen and paper ready to take some notes and learn how easy it is to avoid environmental toxins by using your cell phone and scanning a few barcodes or ingredient lists. Yes, it's really that simple. I discuss in addition the room by room checklist you can use if you should so desire.
Overall this episode is about equipping you with knowledge of environmental toxins, carcinogens, toxic chemicals and daily areas of concern. It's not full of fun but it's full of tons of information that will equip you for safer future for you and maybe even your family.
