Welcome back to Season THREE! I’m so glad you’re here! We had an abrupt stop earlier this year, but I’m back with lots of amazing new episodes (along with episodes that I’ve had recorded for a while). The podcast name might be different due to rebranding, but you can bet our episodes are still filled with gold nuggets of info that you can take with you to make those simple, sustainable steps to a healthier life.
We’re kicking off the season with a chiropractic colleague of mine, Dr. Ben Tapper. With a father who was a chiropractor, the natural healing profession was always a part of Dr. Tapper’s life. When he or a member of his family had a cold, slip and a fall or any other ailment, chiropractic was their go-to solution. They grew up on a farm with horses and land to roam. When it was time to decide on a career path, Dr. Tapper chose to attend business school.
During his freshman year, Dr. Tapper had a severe car accident. His injuries were serious, and the doctor told him that he would never be active or play sports again. “I became my diagnosis. I gained weight, felt depressed and didn’t know what to do. My chiropractor put me on a plan and inspired me to live the chiropractic lifestyle again. I feel thankful for what I went through. I already believed in chiropractic. It wasn’t until I had this experience that I understood what chiropractic could truly do for people.”
In this episode, we’re deep diving into our current reality after events that have transpired this last year and a half. We’re covering a few different topics today that might challenge you and I encourage you to listen to this episode with an open mind.

And stay tuned, we’re still deep diving into nutrition, healthy living, stress management, hormone balance (for both and women), toxicity/detoxification, weight loss and MORE this season…
