I get a lot of questions about how my healthy lifestyle has impacted my family. Does your family eat what you eat? Are you doing this alone? Do you ever give your kids treats, etc.

1. It starts with you. Be the role model.
2. House rules : eat something healthy first
3. Drinks matter
4. Affirm what you want them to believe
5. What’s on hand is what is eaten
6. Keep them moving.
