We discuss the prevalence and nature of child labor, laws in the United States that impact child employment, and the (lack of) I-O research focusing on children at work. To aid in this, you can find a copy of what Keaton submitted on our Healthy Work Substack. The deadline for these comments is December 30, 2024.
