Patricia Kolesa MS, RDN is a clinical dietitian based out of New Jersey. She graduated with her Bachelors Degree in Dietetics with a double minor in Biology and Psychology from Rutgers University. From there, she went on to get her RD certification and Masters Degree in Sports Nutrition and Entrepreneurship, which she obtained over 2020-2021. Over time, Patricia has worked with several clients including those in weight management, surgical weight loss, heart disease, diabetes, renal disease, athletes, just to name a few! Patricia's long-term goal as a dietitian is to work with women who want long-term, sustainable nutrition without the fuss of fad diets and quick fixes. She wants to help others find enjoyment in food and exercise to achieve optimal health.
