Welcome to Episode 2 of Hear Me Out!
I began meditation quite by accident.
To lose weight, I started jogging a year ago, and discovered it to be meditation in motion.
Meditation has made me calmer, and enabled me to think more clearly.
And as a student enrolled under the SGUnited Skills Programme, I feel it’s my duty to give back to fellow Singaporeans. Hence I've created a YouTube meditation series, and it would be an absolute pleasure and an honour if you would join me on this journey of reflection.
See you on May 25, Singapore time 8:30pm, for the first live session!
