It’s hard having to be there for someone who wasn’t there for you. It’s hard trying to help someone who needs help and doesn’t want it. Any advice?

This year would have made 10 years since my passing if I’d decided to end it. I couldn’t be more grateful I didn’t even when it gets tough. Living is harder than dying, but have faith that it’s all worth it. You have a purpose, someone else may be holding on because of you. Stay with us.

I have to elevate the relationship and understand my position in her life. ( I didn’t have a position) Also I met a guy but he’s not my husband.

Knowing somebody doesn’t mean you understand them. For me I don’t know how to have casual relationships of any kind. Taking the time to have deep personal conversations and understanding each other is super important. Being on the same page about what type of relationship you want want and need from each other though that’s the key 🔑.

I need help. Finding the balance between assistance and taking over is hard. But with rules to offering help so can enjoy the sweet spot

It’s crazy how you can think yourself into depression. Bummer, but it’s totally my fault only child syndrome!
