Prisoners serving a life sentence make up nearly 14% of the nation's prison population. But how often is a life sentence really for life? The crimes committed by two convicted murderers who had been parole from life sentences sparked discussion about the ethics of parole. Today we’re talking with people on both sides of the issue about the efficacy of parole.
