In this special episode, @Seb would like to give you a taste of a new podcast show he is creating on the participatory platform Fireside. Just Meditate will be a more interactive show, starting with a general heart-focused, mindfulness meditation, followed by everyone in the audience being able to chime in and ask questions about and share their experience with meditation. The show is aimed at those who have just started their meditation practice or are planning to do so and those who just would like to meditate in a group.
