Forgiveness is for you! Forgiveness is releasing the emotional attachment to the event. This guided meditation on forgiveness will have you give the person you need most the resources he/she needs to have handled the experience differently and will give you the resources you would want to have it handled differently. Then you will replay the experience thereby changing the outcome you "remember" and the whole relationship as you have perceived it.

Today we will focus on the "Power of Forgiveness to heal" We will continue our focus on improving the relationship with ourself. So we will first focus on forgiving ourself.

We will discuss pre birth planning with our guest Staci Wells. The goal is to come to a higher understanding about some of the "tragedies" in our life and the life of those we love.

We will talk about some of the keys to having a successful heart centered loving relationship; self acceptance, compassion, intamacy, playfullness and forgiveness. Some of the obstacles are expectations, anger, resentment, criticism, judgement

All of us have had our heart hurt and very often refuse to open our hearts again because the pain of a broken heart was so intense. We will heal that pain and explore the amazing gifts that are in our hearts and how to use these gifts to lead the most loving, joyous, happy, abundant life possible. My belief is that our purpose here on earth is to take care of each other. First we must heal the pain from the past so we begin the rest of our life whole.
