Hello! We are back with a new Heart Check episode featuring my wife Lydia Grady, and in today's pod we are diving into the struggles, the challenges and the growth that we have had in these last few weeks since bringing home our little man. For us, these last 20+ days have certainly felt like a whirlwind, but we are grateful nonetheless. Every day we are constantly being asked to stretch ourselves, our patience, and our minds as we grow as first time parents.
