Heart Detox - Part 3 // Ally Jarvis
This message was created, not just to teach you but to give you an encounter with the heart of God. God’s heart is both vast and wonderful, so we could only touch the surface in 40 minutes or so.
The best response you can give to this message is to embark on your own quest to understand the heart of God by developing a close intimate relationship with your Father, Shepherd and Lover. He is besotted with you!

Isaiah 43:1 NIV – I form you, you are MINE
Isaiah 64:8 NIV – A cry of the Prophet to the Father in the midst of mankind’s huge sin.
Jeremiah 29:11 NIV – My dreams and plans for you
Psalm 17:6-9 NIV – Keep my as the apple of your eye

Isaiah 62:1-5 – Speaks the truth of our beauty even when we don’t look it or deserve it.

Zephaniah 3:15-17 ESV- He sings over us and soothes us with His love.
James 4:8 NIV – Come near to God and He’ll come near to you..
And that beauty passage at the end that speaks for itself….

Lectio Divina
In Christianity, “Lectio Divina” is a traditional practice of scriptural reading, meditation and prayer intended to promote communion with God and to increase the knowledge of God’s word. It does not treat scripture as texts to be studied, but asthe living word.
5 Steps of Lectio Divina
Reading. – Read a passage slowly and carefully within the bible.
Prayer. – Having a loving conversation with God.
Meditation. – Thinking deeply or swelling upon a spiritual reality within a text.
Contemplation. – Resting in Gods presence.
Action. – Go and do likewise
