The latest episode of your favorite podcast is out and there was a lot talked about! They begin by discussing some of Carly’s recent challenges and how this has made her look at the idea of manifestation and being in flow from a different lens. They discuss how being in flow, or rooted in the present moment, doesn’t always mean that things work out exactly as you want them to or think it should, and that’s okay/ This then evolves into a talk about how it’s okay to feel whatever you are feeling when faced with challenges, and how we should avoid the temptation to think we are doing something wrong or judge ourselves when we feel frustrated or when things aren’t going our way. We have a super special episode this week as Carly has just come back from doing Ayahuasca in the Amazon jungle in Peru! This episode is an in depth account of Carly’s journey, how she felt mother Aya call to her, what her experiences were like while taking it, and how she felt it affected her energy and being since her journey. On her way to the airport, Carly was struck with disaster, and she talks about her experience with that and how it wasn’t a deterrent from her ayahuasca adventure but the start of it. Having years of spiritual work and energetic healing under her belt, Carly talks about in what ways ayahuasca worked with her differently, the intensity of the experience, and why she feels called back to it. New episode with your hosts Tom and Carly who are both having big changes in their lives! They start by Carly divulging that she’s going on a trip to Peru for an Ayahuasca retreat. Carly talks about her initial apprehension around it turning into excitement, and how she has prepared for this incredible plant journey. They then switch gears to talking about what has been going on in Tom’s life, and he reveals he has been going through a tough breakup. This was a long relationship and they decided to mutually part ways, and Tom talks about how this experience has been very different from his past breakups. Tom discusses how differently they approach relationships now and the appreciation he has for every relationship, even if it doesn’t last forever. In the latest episode of Heart Fire, Carly and Tom catch up as Carly is having home renovations happening and Tom has adopted a cute but energetic puppy! Carly talks about how this hasn’t been an easy process for everyday living or the small self being comfortable, but through changing her relationship to the circumstances, she’s been able to move through it gracefully. Tom discusses having a new puppy and how that’s been a butt kicking of sorts as she needs constant attention, care, and consideration of her schedule. This has led to a lack of sleep and energy which has been a struggle as it leads to frustration. Tom dives into how he has been sitting with and learning from this frustration and how to work with the circumstances more gracefully. They both discuss the work it takes to serve this being that’s new to the world and not judging oneself when they struggle or get frustrated when raising this new being. The idea of meditating in the marketplace comes up again as we all must learn to hold our high vibration even when life gets crazy around us. Their talk leads into a letting go of ideas of the future and how our ideas of the future can hold us back.  Both Carly and Tom draw cards and get fascinating insights into the questions asked. Finally, they end on how their hard experiences with habits they adopted from their parents give them more compassion for their parents who did the same things without the same level of awareness.

In our latest episode, Carly has just returned from Costa Rica and she talks about her experience at Paul Selig’s Costa Rica retreat including what she learned, the theme of the retreat, and the wonderful and challenging experiences she had there. Tom and Carly then discuss the universal experiences of growth and challenges coming to humanity. This leads into a discussion about people having new experiences of relationships and how we as humanity are starting to fully resee and reknow personal and romantic relationships with each other. In this latest episode of Heart Fire, Carly and Tom feel that they are on the bounce back after a long and hard couple of weeks. They discuss how their experience of challenge has changed through this work and as they allow everything to be an opportunity rather than problem. There is a big discussion around dogs as Tom considers adopting or fostering a puppy. They then get into a conversation about how as healers and energy workers, they aim to use energy from past, present, and future to heal and lift themselves and others. Tom discusses the answer he got around why he is channeling despite it being something he wouldn’t choose for himself and hope he can benefit from the experience. After talking more about some of the challenges they’ve been experiencing, they get into how they are quicker to realize ‘the treasure in the garbage’ around challenges. Carly notes that she’s been getting recurring messages and healings around cellular regeneration and how we are all being lifted as beings at that level. In our latest ep, Tom and Carly are just getting back from a vacation in Hawaii where they saw each other and other good friends. During this vacation, they had many spiritual experiences and breakthroughs together as a friend group, which left a lot of new avenues to explore and additional integration to occur. They discuss a lot of the different spiritual experiences they had on this vacation as well as how the integration process has been since they got back. The contrast between their consciousness in Hawaii and how their everyday mind and life has perceived things since they got back is a big discussion point. In this group, they had a group practice session that lead to breakthroughs with channeling that lead to crazy and wonderful experiences. Along the theme of contrast, they get into how our expectations can color our reality, and how we can work with expectation for our benefit by surrendering them. Both Carly and Tom then pull oracle cards, yet this time they use a different method of interpretation that they learned from their friend Reiko.
