In this episode, the topic of taking time for the pastor and understanding what a sabbatical is and how it can benefit is brought up and some helpful tips are given to hopefully help pastors and other church staff currently serving in the ministry.

They both discuss pastoring a country church and some of the benefits and drawbacks that some might have when considering God's leading a person to a ministry in a more rural area.

Dr. Jim Townlsey had the privilege to speak with Wesley Burns and about the ministry where God has called him and his wife Rebecca back to their homeland of Canada as Missionaries. Bro. Burns shares some of his testimony as well as opportunities to share the Gospel in some remote villages and areas of Canada.
