  • Heart and Hustle #226 with Guest THERESA LEAR LEVINE
Heart & Hustle is BACK! ✨
It's been a little while since our last Heart & Hustle conversation, and I'm so happy to be back!
Life has been full, and much of my attention over the past few months has been with my family and caring for my mom. Sometimes life asks us to pause, shift our priorities, and simply be where we're needed.
And now… we're ready to bring you another beautiful conversation. ❤️
For this episode, I had the pleasure of talking with Theresa Lear Levine, founder of Becoming More Me, EFT Master Practitioner, hypnotherapist, international best-selling author, and mom of four.
Theresa and I dove into a topic I know so many of us can relate to:
“I KNOW what I need to do… so why can't I seem to do it?”
We talked about procrastination, self-sabotage, overwhelm, ADHD, burnout, nervous system capacity, subconscious beliefs, money blocks, receiving, and what it really takes to create change without constantly pushing ourselves harder.
We also talked about something I believe deeply in:
✨ You don't have to do everything alone.
✨ You don't have to keep pushing when your body is asking you to pause.
✨ And you don't have to be broken just because something isn't working the way you hoped.
Sometimes, becoming more of who you are requires creating enough safety and space to let go of what you've been carrying.
And Theresa has a SPECIAL FREE GIFT for our Heart & Hustle listeners! 🎁

  • Hips and Bits with Guest LISA NEWTON
What does it mean to truly find your people?
In this heartfelt episode of Hips & Bits, I reconnect with the wonderful Lisa Newton from Brisbane, Australia—a Global Caravan dancer who began her journey with me back in 2009 and has continued to grow, evolve, and create beautiful community through dance.
    Together we talk about:
🌿 Building Tree Temple Dance, a dance community rooted in kindness, connection, and nature
💚 Why dance doesn't have to be about performing—it can simply be about belonging
🌳 How movement can support us through every season of life (including dancing with her 75-year-old mum!)
✨ The healing power of community, creativity, and trusting your own unique path
Lisa shares such beautiful wisdom about creating spaces where women feel seen, supported, and free to move in ways that nourish both body and soul.
If you've ever wondered how dance can become more than choreography—how it can become a way of living, connecting, and giving back—I think you'll really enjoy this conversation.

  • Heart and Hustle #225 with Guest RAMONA KOSSOWAN: Healing Beyond Survival Mode
Have you ever felt like you’ve been doing all the right things... yet still felt exhausted, disconnected, or like something was missing?
In this week’s Heart & Hustle, I sit down with the wonderful Ramona Kossowan for a heartfelt conversation about healing from the inside out.
We explore what happens when we stop fighting our bodies and begin listening to them. We talk about nervous system healing, stored stress, midlife reinvention, self-trust, and why true transformation isn’t about pushing harder—it’s about creating safety within ourselves.
One of my favorite parts of our conversation is this reminder: healing doesn’t have to be another thing to strive for. Sometimes it begins with slowing down, becoming present, and allowing ourselves to reconnect with who we’ve always been beneath the stress and survival.
If you’ve been craving a gentler way forward, I think you’ll really enjoy this conversation.
✨ Watch the full episode I’d love to know what resonates with you most.

  • Heart and Hustle #224 with Guest MARTINA TISLJAR
There are conversations that stay with you long after they end…
This one with Martina Tisljar is one of them.
Martina shares her remarkable journey—from a life-changing spiritual awakening to discovering the power of emotional healing, intuition, and learning to truly trust herself. We talk about why so many of us lose connection with our inner voice, how fear can drown out our intuition, and why silence may be the most powerful practice of all.
One of my favorite moments was when Martina said:
"The time of the lone wolf is over."
    I couldn't agree more.
We need each other. We need community. We need spaces where women can gather without judgment, encourage one another, and remember who we truly are.
This conversation is full of wisdom about healing, self-trust, showing up for yourself every day, and remembering that change doesn't have to happen alone.
If you've been feeling disconnected from yourself lately, I think this episode will meet you exactly where you are.

  • Heart and Hustle #223 with Guest NATASHA RAMLALL
There are moments in life when everything you've known no longer feels like it fits. Those moments can feel unsettling... but they can also become the doorway to something beautiful.
In this episode of Heart & Hustle, I had the joy of talking with Natasha Ramlall, an Embodied Integration Coach who helps women navigate those seasons of transition with compassion, presence, and trust.
We explored what Natasha calls an identity rupture—those times when life asks us to release old versions of ourselves so we can step into something more authentic. We also shared our love of dance as a way of reconnecting with our bodies, finding joy, and remembering who we truly are beyond expectations and performance.
If you've been feeling like you're standing between who you were and who you're becoming, I think you'll find comfort and inspiration in this conversation.
🎧 I'd love for you to listen and let me know what speaks to your heart.

In this week's Heart and Hustle episode, I sit down with artist, writer, and creative activist Sarah Bush for a beautiful conversation about creativity, intuition, and the power of imagination to shape our lives.

What if healing didn’t have to take years?
What if the stories, fears, and old identities you’ve carried for decades could finally soften… with compassion, awareness, movement, and vision?
This week on Heart and Hustle, I sat down with the brilliant and deeply grounded Lillian Moore — trauma expert, teacher, entrepreneur, and founder of Mindlight — for a rich and expansive conversation about healing, nervous system work, creativity, vision, and becoming who we’re truly meant to be.
And wow… this conversation is full of wisdom.
    We talked about:
✨ healing trauma with compassion instead of shame
✨ why the body already knows how to metabolize emotions
✨ self-sabotage, resistance, and creative power
✨ the importance of vision when rewriting your life
    ✨ moving beyond survival mode
✨ “the tiger and the berry” — one of my favorite metaphors from this episode
✨ weaving healing, self-love, and intention into everyday life
✨ and how connection, community, and supportive environments can completely transform us
One of my favorite reminders from Lillian was this:
“Healing happens faster when you’re healing in a direction.”
