As mush as we are strict and commenful towards others, we are the worst critiques towards ourselves. The expectations and pressure that we put on ourselves often than not is always ridiculous. We are so kind towards others, saying that, things happen for reason, things take times so be patient or its ok if it didn’t work, just try again and yet, when its ourself we almost kill them each time. I hope these journaling prompt will help you as well as me to be more kind towards ourself.
Last weeks we discussed about self love through journaling and we answer few questions or prompts around abundance mindset and today we will do the same activity with the theme, What makes you, YOU?

Once you able to control your mind, everything else fall into places, you able to control your eating habit then you get healthy body and if you able to stay positive inside your mind, the world become slightly easy to tackle and beautiful to live in.
In this episode I share my experience growing up surrounded by love of friends and family. That save me from one thing but not to another. Sometimes, because of love, we tend to hurt and believe that we are protecting them. In my case, I need to protect them from me.
