It’s been too long! In this episode, I go through my blur of a 2023! From getting/losing my beautiful lady Lester, as a guide dog, to my social media experience with Breadcoin, it’s been a wonderful challenging year.

Although the holiday season and break was much-needed, time with family, I’ll be unpacking some hard things in this episode. I’ll also be updating you on a bit of my academic journey, along with unveiling a blog. Along with all of that, of course, there’s a little bit of Food Network gossip!
