Strength & conditioning coach to NFL, UFC, collegiate athletes and more, a father, a husband, and a Nashville native. Our guest today is a new, but fast friend, Josh Cuthbert. It was impossible not to talk about the current situation we all find ourselves in at the moment. This conversation stems into so many directions, but largely how to remain resilient during tough times. Josh is a highly impactful leader in the coaching space who we’ve really enjoyed getting to know and we are so excited to have him on the show (again). Follow him on IG and tell him what you liked about the episode @jcuthbert_training

We often are told to "do what we love" and think that means one thing, when in reality we are multi-passionate people made up of different skillsets that make us unique. When you find that drive to work towards your goals it can be easy to get tunnel vision and let your priorities become centered on one thing, which can lead us down that path to burnout and forgetting why we got started in the first place. Finding balance is the ultimate goal, and not one easily obtained. Balancing passion and peace is not something you can do alone, and at times it's essential that we have someone there to remind us our big Why.

Another epic conversation featuring our good friend Chris Gonzales, fellow service member and podcaster who we met through the Ever Forward Mentorship this past August.
To lead a life that you're proud of and make a positive impact on those around you, you must decide to take that leap of faith into your passions. You never know who you may help along the way, or the doors that will suddenly open by one or many acts of courage.
