God called thing to life that are dead.  And Abraham did not look at his age thinking that he was too old to go forward was the obvious thing that would keep coming back in his thoughts, but he had to consider that God's thinking is above out thinking, and it is God's timing not ours.  So, to keep speaking God's word and calling things that are not as if they are, this is what it takes for the promise to manifest.
