Thomas Rivera began his career in the early 1990 by helping the poor and mentoring the afflicted and abused.  He reached out to gang members and those who seem to have no hope with a message of grace and hope. He later began serving as a Servant Leader in one of the largest Hispanic churches in the Chicago metropolitan area. He mentored in the inner city bringing a message of restoration and hope. Tom also traveled to Latin and South America on several mission trips serving the disenfranchised.

In 1995, Tom moved to Florida and served as a Servant Leader at Resurrection Life Center International.  He also continued to serve in the communities surrounding the Orlando area.

Tom then moved to South Florida, where he continued his mentoring and spiritual counseling through his work in recovery centers as well as mentoring those he coached in fitness centers.  Four years ago, Tom and his wife, Dr. Maribel Roman, joined Xcel Mentoring Network (xceltoday.com) and expanded the operations to South Florida.

XCEL has been serving as a mentoring network to fuel young students with the purpose to reach their full potential through a network of wise, seasoned trained mentors in South Florida. Xcel combines the power of transformative mentoring with the accessibility of mobile training units, to facilitate hands-on learning, hard and soft skill development for youth ages 15-25. XCEL’s Fueled with Purpose curriculum is composed of life-skill character development training featuring six main principles: goal setting, time management, health & fitness, financial stewardship, relationships and relational intelligence. XCEL’s innovative Worx Mobile Training Units allow hands on access to tools, materials, and the experiential learning that has led to higher success rates, and has increased the likelihood that XCEL students have the hard and soft skill credentials that employers are seeking.

Tom has an extensive counseling education. Tom also hosted the radio program, Second Chance, aired in 2012, delivering a message of hope to the hopeless and broken as well as love to the rejected.

Timothy LaForce is an American Actor from Foresthill, California. Timothy LaForce got his start in acting through Talent Inc. and is currently represented by Manikin Talent Agency.

He attended Arroyo Grande High School and graduated in 2008. Tim is an Army Veteran and served from 2009 to 2017 in the Infantry.

While in the Army, he has served at USAG Hohenfels, Germany, Ft. Campbell, KY., and Ft. Hood, TX.

Screenwriter-director Rick Pamplin was born in Flint, MI and while still finishing school he ended up becoming an award-winning print and broadcast journalist (CBS News) in Michigan with big dreams before heading to Hollywood.
