And let's look at your why, why you do something. As I look at starting my day to invest in my daughter you'll hear a little bit about my origin story. I tell you about my biological father, stepfather, and my father. I'll tell you about the dream I had and what he told me in the dream as I was on a date. He said, you can tell me anything. So maybe, that's him saying it's okay for you to pursue a different life beyond the life you had with your ex-husband of 25 years. Who knows, but let's continue to walk together in this friends talking style podcast. It's a motivational style podcast also. And my ultimate goal is to help you feel of value, and tell you how I got to a feeling of value currently in my life. Well it's not perfect, but I don't talk to myself in hate language anymore inside my inner dialogue, and I know that that's one of the things that a lot of people do. Tthat inner dialogue is why people don't live and achieve or go for their dreams. The inner dialogue is a toxicity negative dialogue. How do you dispel negative inner dialogue. It's automatic, this inner dialogue is automatic. And what I want you to do is give it a little bit of focus and go, okay you think that thought you said, those word self to inner self.
