All my life I have seen the inter-connectedness of all things in real life. I see 'energy' in a variety of forms permeating and surrounding everything, as in-formation, a unified field, where all things are connected regardless of location. This led me on a quest for knowledge through spirituality, parapsychology, philosophy and quantum physics amongst others to understand why I experience and see the world as I do. However, my own limiting beliefs from a difficult childhood led me ‘the long way round’ until a highly abusive marriage forced me to look at how I was playing out the story of my life. I escaped the marriage with my children, took time to heal before deciding to use my talents to create a business where I could help other women step into their power through reconnecting with nature and the Universe. 

I'm now dedicated to reconnecting successful women to the ancient spirituality and divine power of the Sacred Feminine, through the embodiment of creative and generative forces to give structure and form to their dreams. 

I’m the founder of SACRED FEMININE LIVING, my never-been-done-before program which forms a bridge between science and spirituality. This is the culmination of over 30 years of research, collaboration with others and working with other consciousness. I’m delighted to have made that step from face to face consultancy to online coaching quite recently. 

I am currently co-authoring a book, Monetize Your Message. I will be one to 20 female entrepreneurs featured telling our story. Last year’s edition was a best seller and this years featured women are planning to improve on sales this year! I have been featured on BBC radio (our national station) here in the UK on numerous occasions. I've been awarded the BSD (British Society of Dowsers) Award for Services to Dowsing and the BSD. I recently started writing again and have been featured in Thrive Global and Medium.

The world is changing and the chaos as the old is burnt down to make space for the new is inevitable. There is no other way.

The brokeness of our systems, the injustice suffered by our people, the unhealed parts of us hiding in our inner shadows.

We cannot take it with us to the places we want to go.

The revolution of Light has begun.

Your job as a Lightworker, a Starseed, a Warrior of Light is not to fight against the dark, nor is it to defend those you see as defenceless.

No. The battle is already won.

Anchor into Source Light and ground your energy in Gaia. Maintain a clear, high vibration. And then work your Light.

That is how you will change this world. Hold the vision for what is coming and do not get distracted from your path.

There is much vying for your attention. And your divine directive is clear:

Be the Light.

When you’re triggered or spiralling: 

>>Pause

>>Breathe in through your nose for 4 & out through your mouth for 4 (it resets your central nervous system).

>>State the facts. What happened? Not how you felt or what you made it mean, just the facts. 

>>Observe your reaction to the facts. Name the emotions coming up. 

>>Feel all the feels.

>>Let them pass through you. (If you sit in the emotion, it lasts about of 7 seconds.)

>>See your part in how it played out. This is not your opportunity to self-shame but to recognise that you were also part of the situation. (if you are healing from trauma, skip this step and see the note at the end of this post)

>>Look under your mental hood. What is the mental sore spot that was touched? Do your healing work.

>>Ask yourself: is this how I want to keep feeling? It’s always your choice. 

>>Decide what you do want. And then think about what needs to happen for that to become a reality. 

>>Recognize that you are responsible for your own experience. It is no one else's job to make you feel better.  

>>Forgive yourself. You did what you could in the moment and now you’re doing the work to empower yourself to make a different choice in the future. It’s enough. 

Rinse and repeat, often. 

Life is a process. 

**If you are healing from trauma, please get professional help to heal. Don’t go it alone. There are many wonderful folks out there who can help you on the journey. Find them. This is one of the most powerful steps you’ll take - it opens the door. Mental trauma is the same as physical trauma, it takes time and specialist treatment to heal fully.**
