On this episode, we talk with Ms. Patrice Hughes-Alfred who suffered a stress-induced heart attack in 2001. She admits that when her cardiologist told her she had a heart attack she was in denial because she did not experience any of the typical heart attack symptoms. However, after her diagnosis and successfully completing cardiac rehab Ms. Patrice has led a healthy and productive life post heart attack. She was told by her doctor that her success was truly remarkable.
