A short morning affirmation Mantra I repeat in the mornings .... I’ve recorded it for you to listen to and recite (repeat with me) when you wake up, are brushing your teeth, making breakfast and or/ are on the go .... I like to do it first thing after I wake up when I am sitting in bed before I start my day so my thoughts and frequency starts in HIGH VIBE mode !!! Enjoy 😍

When we remember that we are not the ones controlling everything and that there are higher forces at play then we can start to relax more and less go of stress, anxiety. Trusting , believing and surrendering becomes our daily motivation and practise to live in higher frequency states ! And the real magic begins ....
