Jan 06. First Sunday of 2019. Making big mental progress on the notion of rest and it's importance to radical consistency. Also, exploring the purpose of life. I think it might be way easier and more fun than we want to believe.

Jan 05. I discovered a part of my life that I was totally shitting the bed on. A massive area that could drastically help me level-up.

Jan 04. I am unwilling to make the same mistake as yesterday. I use this opportunity to reflect on a pattern that seems to indicate the beginning of the end for my intention to explore and expand into a 2019 full of consistency.

Jan 03. First full day of work in 2019. This made it hard to stick to my 4 hour morning rituals. I had to adjust. Also, the lesson of the day... don't eat other people's shit.

Jan 02. Feeling the pressure of taking a week off to rest during the holiday's. But I've been here before and it's finally time I try something new.

Jan 01, 2019. Getting over my shit about podcasting with people around. Reflecting on the persistence and pressure of time.

Dec 31. Last day of 2018. I'm full of piss and vinegar. Exploring past failures with the hopes of finding a hack around the enemy of creation and art (aka perfection).

Dec 30. It's the eve of new year's eve. I got hit with an unusual blast of energy that I don't normal experience. Also reflecting on how crazy it is to chase a dream.

Dec 29. If I can find a way to do this one thing for every single day of 2019, then I know my life will forever change. But is it really that easy?

Dec 28. Meditation was on fire today. Two big surprises found me and took me for a ride.
