I am joined by my friend Faye to talk about heartbreak; how painful it is, how we wouldn't wish it on our worst enemy and how incredible grateful, we are, for it.  We hope in sharing our stories it serves as a roadmap for  anyone experiencing it or at the very least helps them feel a little less alone.
