Heath Tessman first played Super Rugby back  in 2011 with the Melbourne Rebels, before heading west and player the position of Hooker with the Western Force making his debut in 2013 with the Force and going on the earn 51 caps in front of the might Sea of Blue. 

What's interesting about this chat is Heath didn't make his pro debut until he was 26, making him a "veteran" rookie. After watching his mates get signed in their teens, Tessman had to "put the mirror under his bed to take a good look at himself" and took charge of his career.
