Today's Heather comes to us from Brooklyn, NY!

She is a writer, yoga teacher and healer who focuses on the sacred feminine and invisible wounds. She's been living nomadically since 2017, and has moved 163 times in the process.

She recently completed a three year apprenticeship in Sacred Plant Medicine in Ireland after over a decade of working in publishing. She's also written a series of Plant Spirits Books that you HAVE to check out.
