Heaven and Hell are such wonderfully charged topics. Even if we have dismissed them as stories to instill fear and promote obedience, they still lurk in our subconscious. We invite these concepts to our conscious mind and release them by exploring our attachments and aversions to them. Underneath all of this is the Fear of Death, which becomes lighter and lighter the more we explore these energies.
